Wisconsin Cat Wanted For Biting Man In Downtown Madison

I grew up a dog person. My parents had Alaskan Malamutes from when I was a toddler until after I graduated from college and moved out. I didn't have a lot of experience around cats, but when I did, it wasn't good. The only ones I had been around were really mean. My grandma's cat had bitten me a few times. It's funny because now my family has cats and I like them.

A cat bit a person in downtown Madison at the corner of Spaight Street and South Few Street on Sunday night, according to Public Health Madison & Dane County.

 

PHMDC said the bite occurred as the victim extended their hand towards the cat. The cat is described as an orange domestic shorthair with a dark colored collar.
