Police were called to a Luxury Inn in Lincoln, Nebraska because 35-year-old Matthew Stinson had gone to the lobby and threatened to kill the clerk with a knife. He also threatened everyone he came across as he walked out of the lobby and left the area.

Officers found him around 6 hours later walking down the street, so they approached him.

Stinson became immediately upset and threw a can of White Claw at the officers before running away.

Stinson was apprehended by police almost immediately. He was found with a folding knife in his pocket.

Matthew Stinson will be facing charges of Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, Resisting Arrest and Terroristic Threats.
