Loves Park Police Looking for Suspects in Weekend Car Burglaries

Sounds like someone(or a group of someones) were busy this weekend in Loves Park, as police are looking for suspects who broke into cars early Saturday morning.

MyStateline.com is reporting that officers are saying cars in the area between N. Alpine and Forest Hills, Windsor and Harlem Roads were burglarized.

At the time of the incidents, investigators said the vehicles were unlocked.

As a resident of Loves Park, this is nothing new. I've heard from several of my neighbors to make sure you lock your cars at night because there was someone going around stealing stuff out of cars.

Like officers suggest you do, make sure your doors are locked and remove anything from the car that may be valuable.
