Have you noticed that people today are very unpredictable? You've got to be ready for the worst because it could possibly happen at any time. In this simple scenario, the victim was just driving home when a strange man attacked his car.
Local police were called to a quiet neighborhood in Joliet. Apparently, a young man was driving down the block when a man armed with a machete started attacking his vehicle. After the cops arrested the suspect, they asked him why he did it. He answered that the driver's headlights were shining into his bedroom windows.

For the first time this month, the Joliet Police Department has made a felony arrest involving someone using a machete as their preferred weapon to inflict damage.
Joliet police spokesman Tizoc Landeros announced that 77-year-old Joliet resident Chester T. Kowalski was arrested earlier this week on charges of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.
At approximately 7 p.m., Joliet officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Clearview Drive for a report of someone striking vehicles with a machete.
