Jerseys Used For Stanley Cup Finals Made In Rockford
If you watched game one of the Stanley Cup finals, you probably didn't know there was a Rockford connection to the game.
Look closely at what both teams are wearing.
Their jerseys were made in Rockford.
According to mystateline.com,
"A piece of Rockford will be on display during the Stanley Cup Finals. The jerseys worn by the Vegas Golden Knights and the Washington Capitals were made by a Rockford company."
The name of the company is "Exclusive Pro Sports."
They've had a licensing agreement with the NHL for years.
It's great to work with a team in the championship but to have both is very rare.
I got a tour of the facility a few years ago. I'm a huge fan of jerseys, so I was like a kid in a candy store. They do uniforms for several other teams too.
This is something really cool happening in Rockford.
