Janesville Police responded to a call at Mercy Hospital at approximately 8:30p Sunday night, where according to mystateline.com, the victims reported they were shot during a "disturbance" at around 700 Walker Street.

Jordan Dooley-Winchel, 17-years-old, allegedly used a compound bow and arrow to shot 2 people, flee the scene, and then barricaded himself inside his home.

In the 600 block of Eisenhower Avenue Police set up a perimeter around the home so they could begin communication with Dooley-Winchel. Police say later he did come out and was taken into custody.

Dooley-Winchel is currently charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and is being held in Rock County Jail after being treated for minor injuries. The victims are also still being hospitalized.

This is still a current investigation and as new details emerge they will be released, according to Janesville Police.
