A local family is celebrating after winning a popular reality television show where they competed for a $50,000 prize by transforming their home "with elaborate Halloween displays and over-the-top designs."

The Great Halloween Fright Fight Selects Illinois Home

Inspired by the popular ABC-TV hit series 'The Great Christmas Light Fight,' the Halloween version is in its second season and this year is highlighting a home in Illinois that has over 100 animatronics in its display.

The 'Lehman Manor' is located in West Chicago and was designed by 17-year-old Miles McCabe who began to prepare and set up the over-the-top display as early as July.

As the grand prize winners of the hit ABC-TV show, the McCabe family will receive a $50,000 grand prize, which I'm assuming they will use to buy more decorations, or possibly pay some of the extra electricity bill.
