Is This Tom Hanks, Dave Matthews or neither on the Kiss Cam?

Have you ever seen a celebrity when they are not ready for the camera? They always look a bit different.  Hair messed up, unshaven, or with no make-up.  I thought this was Tom Hanks. Then maybe Dave Matthews? Now I think it's just some guy with the face of a movie star & acoustic guitar noodler.
