Illinois Receives a Failing Grade on Informing us About The Damages of Smoking

A report from the American Lung Association (From WIFR) says that Illinois isn't doing what it should to warn us of the dangers of smoking, especially the youth.

Problems include keeping the minimum age at 18 to buy all tobacco products including e-cigarettes.
