An Illinois man met a woman through a dating app. She convinced him to livestream naked. Thinking she was his new girlfriend, he did it. Unfortunately, it was a scam. The suspect threatened to share the nude video with his friends, family, and co-workers if he didn't pay her $516. He did send her the money but called the police to investigate.

According to patch.com,

An Elmhurst man livestreamed himself naked with a woman he met on a dating app, local police said this week.

 

The woman then told him she would share the recorded video with his friends and family if he didn't send her money, police said.
