After not selling an Illinois man alcohol, he mooned the cashier.

Have you ever seen one of the signs behind the counter at a store? It basically says they have the right to refuse service to anyone. I always wondered when they would be put to use. Well, here's the exact situation.

According to wspynews.com,

"A Yorkville man is facing a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct charge following an incident Friday night where he allegedly "mooned" a cashier and customers in an establishment after being denied the purchase of alcohol."

"Police were called to the establishment where it was discovered a man had allegedly entered the business intoxicated and he was attempting to purchase alcohol. He was denied the purchase because of his alleged intoxication level. Before leaving, he pulled down his shorts and "mooned" the cashier and customers."

Well, it could have been a lot worse. Maybe he should have bought some jerky instead.
