Illinois Gets Video Gambling Back on July 1st
People that were waiting to their favorite video gambling spot to open back up today, must now wait until July 1st.
From WIFR the Illinois Gaming Board has issued a new statement about video gambling locations in the state.
“The Gaming Board worked with the Governor’s Office, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), and the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to develop a gaming resumption process that protects the public health of patrons and employees, while restarting gaming activities in meaningful way, video gaming and casino gaming can both resume operations on July 1, 2020 at 9 AM." - Gaming Board Administrator Marcus Fruchter
People playing must follow the guidelines and rules set up by the state.
In these pictures from my friends Vince and Amber up at Lucky 777's Slots & Video Poker on 251, you can see the set up that is mandatory.
