I'm not afraid to admit that I was really late to the breakfast and egg game. It wasn't until the last couple of years that I learned to appreciate them both. For most of my life, I preferred to skip the early morning meal and go straight to lunch. When I would actually eat something when I woke up, it definitely wasn't eggs. Recently, I've become a fan and I'll eat them any time of the day which is pretty funny.
