After giving Illinois Schools the green light to begin practicing for the upcoming fall sports season, the IHSA is now having second thoughts.

High School Athletic Directors in Illinois received an e-mail that states the following:

"If we remain limited in our ability to offer all of our fall sports this fall, we are considering a schedule that would permit all 3 seasons of sport activity to be conducted during the 2020-'21 school year. " - IHSA Executive Director Craig Anderson

Spring high school football games, anyone? Wednesday July 29th, an IHSA board meeting takes place, hopefully we will have answers then.

These athletes (especially seniors) live for these moments. Let's hope that a solid answer can be provided for the kids.
