Ice Cream Changes Color as You Eat It [VIDEO]

Thanks to a physicist in Barcelona, ice cream just got a whole lot cooler.

Manuel Linares has invented this 'magical' ice cream that changes color from blue to pink as you eat it!

This ice cream has been dubbed 'Xamaleon' and tastes much like a mix of fruits.

Originally this ice cream is blue in color. Once you are served your ice cream, a server will add a spray of 'love elixir' which will allow the treat to change color. It is made of completely natural ingredients, but Manuel Linares won't give you his special recipe.

According to dailymail.co.uk, this is only the beginning of his awesome color changing treats. Manuel is also working on ice cream that will react to ultraviolet lights in clubs and one that will turn from white to pink when it's eaten.

Now if only he could make ice cream that made you skinny... I'd be all about it.
