According to Patch...
In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of prowling, disorderly conduct, domestic battery, attempted identity theft, battery, retail theft, and DUI.
A 38-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 600 block of Fay Avenue was arrested about noon Sunday near his home on a disorderly conduct charge.
Police said he entered a neighbor's yard and yelled at her and her Halloween decorations, he was released and served with a no-trespass notice.
