Giant Chained up ‘Heavy Metal’ Dog Spotted in Wisconsin Front Yard

Here's something you don't see every Sunday...or any other day of the week.

While on a journey to find a hunk of meat to throw on the grill, I happened to see this "structure" out of the corner of my eye. I made a left, did a u-turn and headed back to see what "this" was.

There's your Garden Gnomes, those shiny silver balls on a stand, the bird bath, but I've never seen a yard decoration quite like this. I don't know if this is a specific cartoon or movie character, but it was pretty colorful.

Maybe this is some sort of a mascot for a bar or local or eatery? Again, no clue what in the word this is. It was wrapped in what appears to be Christmas lights and there are in ground flood lights to show it off in the dark.

There also appears to be chains holding this "Heavy Metal" dog down...maybe this good boy could tip over with high winds? I sure hope no one has tried to steal it, and that's why the chains are there...that would be fun to watch on a security camera actually.

So here he/she is...If you have any answers for me as to what this is, let me know. It's huge, it's pretty damn cool, and I'd love to see it all lit up...or in the 96.7 The Eagle studio, somehow.
