Controversial talk show host, Jerry Springer, who originally taped his show in Chicago has decided to call it quits.

The outrageous "Jerry Springer Show" was located in the Windy City from 1992-2009. Since then, the show has called Stamford, Connecticut home.

Many considered it a black eye on the Chicago media.

Though the "experts" weren't fans, you can't deny the show's popularity.

Despite all the diehard "Springer Heads" throughout the world, all things must come to an end.

According to ew.com,

"After 4,000 episodes and 27 seasons, "The Jerry Springer Show" is calling it quits."

If you're a "Jerry Lover," it's not a total loss. They will still be running show reruns in syndication.

For one last time, please join me in a "Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry" chant.
