For most of us, the moment we got our first full-time job our life became a constant state of on the go! When you're a parent with kids in sports, you feel like you live in your vehicle. If you prefer ketchup with fries, this is not a luxury you can always afford.

My oldest is in her first year of high school in Illinois and is very much an athlete! Which I love for her, it's awesome to see which sports she excels in and which ones she doesn't. Unfortunately, that doesn't always make it possible to eat dinner at the table as a family.

How To Eat Fries With Ketchup On-The-Go

This basketball season was quite an eye-opener compared to the level of commitment from MS to HS. I was thankful to be in the position to spend almost the whole season being Team Taxi, but that made for a lot of meals on the go. My youngest wasn't complaining about the extra trips to the drive-thru, however.

It was during our most recent trip that I noticed she had this ingenious way of being able to have ketchup with your fries while on the go and not make a mess. Honestly, after I saw her neat, little, trick I felt so stupid for not thinking of it way sooner in my life. Once you see the picture below, you'll see what I mean.

I know, so obvious yet it took my 9-year-old to do for me to see how smart it is and that I could've been enjoying ketchup with my fries on my breaks driving back to work this whole time!
