Do you Think This Bill Would get a rub in Illinois

Lawmakers in Texas has an issue with what men do in private.

According to ABC7 Rep. Jessica Farrar of Houston, Texas wants fine men for "self pleasure". 

It seems that State Rep Farrar wants to institute a $100 fine for men that masturbate. This might rub guys the wrong way. The bill would also but a 24 hour waiting period in place for a man that wants to get a colonoscopy, a vasectomy, or if he wants to purchase Viagra.

Wow, this is really taking things to quite a weird level don't you think?

Texas Rep Tony Tinderholt was quoted as saying:

"I would recommend that she consider taking a high school biology class from a local public or charter school before filing another bill on the matter."

What do you think about such a bill being passed in the state of Illinois? There goes a lot of guys weekend plans if a fine is attached.

It sounds like a lot of sour grapes and that this goes a lot deeper then just trying to pass this insane bill. Hopefully Texas can get a handle on this soon.
