The fans of pizza in Illinois are super excited because Pizza Fest is officially happening later this month in Chicago.

If you were to ask me, what's my favorite food? I don't even have to think about it. The answer is pizza. I love pizza. I could eat it every day without getting tired of it. There haven't been many times when I order a pizza and don't like it.

I'm always looking to try new places for pizza. Of course, I have my go-to places for some pizza, but I still try to mix it up all the time. One of these I would love to go on the Chicago Pizza Tour. That would be an amazing experience for someone like me.

This Pizza Festival is happening from August 22nd to the 24th. The location of the event is 430 North Rush Street in Chicago. There are several different pizzerias involved. VIP packages available. Live music throughout the party. It will definitely be a good time.

Since 2017, Steve Dolinsky – a 13-time James Beard Award-winning food reporter, formerly “The Food Guy” at NBC 5 Chicago – has made it his mission to dispel myths and show the world there is more to the Windy City than just deep-dish, stuffed, or tavern-style pies.
