An 8-year-old boy from Belvidere scored a goal on Corey Crawford.

WIFR reports that Jordan King, an 8-year-old hockey fan was able to take the ice with our beloved Chicago Blackhawks. The Make-A-Wish Foundation made it possible for Jordan to play with the team.

The event started with Jordan putting on his custom jersey, lacing up his skates and getting a few pointers from Jonathan Towes and Patrick Kane. All of the Hawks were there for the special occasion and they all jumped to their feet with joy when Jordan scored a slap shot on Corey Crawford.

Nice work Jordan! I'm telling you, just another reason to love our Chicago Blackhawks.
