In addition to reopening, Illinois residents will get in free for the first week. 

WGN - The museum will reopen on July 30 and offer free admission for Illinois residents through August 3.

Initial hours for the reopening will be noon to 8PM on Thursday and Friday and 10AM to 6PM  on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Regular museum hours will resume after that.

All guests, even those receiving free 'in-state" passes are required to reserve them through the museum's website to comply with capacity rules.

In addition to reserving tickets, everyone must wear masks while in the museum and adhere to social distancing outside of individual groups.
