A Judge Can Take Your Gun in Wisconsin?

The "Red Flag Bill" has been introduced in Wisconsin. According to WREX Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers and Democratic lawmakers introduced this bill that would give a judge the right to seize a gun if a person would be considered a "threat."

According to this article, the bill has zero chance of making it past the Republican-controlled Legislature.
