Murray who was heading to Denver, told another passenger that he was carrying two bombs in his luggage. Um, Bill...This comment was overheard by a ticket agent who alerted authorities.

Federal agents approached Bill Murray (who was a pre-med student at Regis University at the time) they did not find a bomb, but they found a whole lotta weed.

Federal Agents found five bricks of pot in Bill Murray's luggage, the total was 10 pounds and a value of about $20,000.

Authorities were actually waiting for Bill Murray at the airport, they were tipped off that he was flying out with a whole bunch of green and were ready to arrest him.

Bill was arrested on his 20th birthday, and sentenced to five years probation on the misdemeanor conviction. SG
