2 Out Of 3 People Say Weed Should Be Legal

In a recent poll, two out of three Americans believe marijuana should be legalized in the United States.

I agree. Cannabis should be legal in America.

According to forbes.com,

"Marijuana support grows, two out of three Americans back legalization."

This information was found by a Gallup Poll. They have been conducting polls about legal weed for over a decade. That means two-thirds of Americans are now in support which is the highest amount ever.

When they first did the poll in 1969, only twelve percent were in favor of it.

The increase has been helped by people fifty-five and older. Now fifty-nine percent of those people believe pot should be decriminalized. That's up nine percent from last year.
