CBS Chicago has put out a list from the company RoadSnacks which lists all of the Illinois towns ranked from worst to best.

RoadSnacks is a company that 'uses data to create bite-sized snacks of shareable information about places and cities across the country,' according to their website.

Factors that were used to determine the rankings included: crime, unemployment, weather, median income, housing vacancies and education quality (measured per-pupil spending).
