Worst Drivers by State, Where Does Illinois Rank?

In my opinion, Illinois has the worst drivers on the planet. A new list has ranked the worst drivers by state.

According to CarInsuranceComparison.com, all of the states have been ranked by using statistics pulled from several sources. These sources are the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the National Motorists Association and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Each state is given a ranking based on 5 categories: Fatalities Rate per 100 Milllion Vehicle Miles Traveled, Failure to Obey, Drunk Driving, Tickets and Careless Driving.
