Working in radio offers several cool benefits. Going to concerts, being a part of cool local events, and the dress code is pretty relaxed. My very first radio "boss" years ago wore sweat pants everyday...Maybe that was a little TOO relaxed.

According to The Ladder one in five workplaces in America have a strict dress code. 80% of people interviewed said that their workplace dress code has become more relaxed and casual over the last ten years.

Work hour have increased, that feeling of "I'm always working" is pretty much the norm, so why not make the dress attire a bit more relaxed...makes sense to me.

In this building you see everything. Dress shoes with no socks, way too many necklaces and bracelets, concert t-shirts, ties and dresses, and yes...sweatpants. America.
