Wisconsin School Finds Lost Lunch Money From 30 years Ago
30 years later, lost lunch money is found at an elementary school.
I was lunchbox kid, occasionally a brown bag when I the lunch box was holding GI Joe's.
I would get my sandwich, and whatever else was included and two dimes taped to the inside to buy a chocolate milk.
Losing your lunch money was a big deal as a kid, that's because those kids would want my food. No chance.
The school worker moved a bench in order to do some painting and found an envelope that has $3.60 in it that belonged to Ann Marie Steber. The problem is, Little Ann was in 6th grade in 1985-86.
The happy and funny ending is that the money was returned to Ann Marie Steber's mother by her former 6th-grade teacher.
