Why Your Dog’s Feet Smell Like Fritos, Because They do
You've smelled you dog closely...probably smelled your dogs feet too. Popcorn, Fritos, you know I'm right. There's a explanation for that.
From The Animal Rescue it's explained like this, microorganisms living on your dog's foot pads. Two types of bacteria, Pseudomonas and Proteus that are tucked always in the dogs toes where the hair can grow longer. The bacteria grows there, and boom...smells like Fritos.
We sweat all over, dogs don't. They sweat on the bottom of their paws...and that creates the odor. If you want to get ride of the scent, wash your dogs feet and then do a "doggy voice" who's a good boy.....and go buy a bag of Fritos.
