News broke earlier this week that I Heart Mac & Cheese is opening new restaurants in Indiana.

Sure, you can drive to Indiana from Rockford but if this up and coming macaroni and cheese franchise is opening spots in the midwest, we should be next.

If not next, then at least put Rockford on the list.

With locations in Florida, Georgia, New York, and Texas, I Heart Mac & Cheese is a "fast-casual concept restaurant specializing in customizable, made-to-order macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches."
