We Need a Super Tree in Rockford

The answer to EVERY Rockford issue, The Super Tree that bears 40 types of fruit.According to IFLScience artist and Syracuse Professor, Sam Van Aken has created and nurtured a "Super Tree" that can bear over 40 different types of fruit...Yes 40!

Using an ancient technique called “chip grafting" Professor Aken has a tree that can produce peaches, nectarines, apricots and almonds. In Spring the tree blossoms pink and purple, in the Summer it's 40 fruit time!

Dozens of these trees have been planted around the country. Let's get about 20 of these planted in Davis Park, ASAP!
