VIDEO: A Crew of ATVs And Bikes Were Seen Speeding Down State Street

I have a lot of questions after seeing this video.

But my biggest question is probably, "Is this allowed?"

Take a look at the video submitted to the Rockford Scanner on Facebook that got me asking these questions -

So this happened at the intersection of E State and Mulford. It's clearly a combo of ATVs and other motor vehicles considering one does a wheely.

Aside from the issue of legality, this is just a really unsafe idea. It throws off other drivers and it also puts the ATV rider at a lot of risk. So be safe on the road. Let's stick to cars and other legal vehicles.
