Toddler Found Wandering Beloit Streets

Imagine driving to work and there is a toddler in just a diaper walking the streets. The happened in Beloit this morning.

According to WREX there was a toddler wandering 1500 block of Roosevelt Avenue in Beloit.

At what point does misplacing a toddler become a thing? Cribs, monitors, those plastic doorknob things, and your kid is wandering the streets. Nice work.
