The Rockford $20 Bill, who Should be on it

The Treasury confirmed that Harriet Tubman will replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill, let's give with a local spin.

So let's say every city was allowed one of their own to be on a $20 bill. Who is the one person that would deserve this honor.

Would it be a political figure, a TV personality, a business owner, a radio personality (cough, cough).

Let's review some possible names and faces to appear on the Rockford $20 bill...and my reasons:

• Mayor Larry Morrissey - This in no way is a political statement. Bottom line is he loves Rockford, and has always been great to me.
• Rick Nielsen - Mr Cheap Trick, the "sound" of this town, and 2016 HOF
• Steve Shannon - He is THE DUDE when it comes to Rockford Radio. Always has been, always will be.
• Andy Gannon - Not that much difference between Andy and Andrew Jackson.
• Lori Williams - Because she is pregnant and if I don't mention her she may go into "Preggo Rage".
