The Most Famous Clown in Illinois History, Not a Scary Clown

I'm really hoping for another round of scary clowns this October.

Last fall/Halloween the rash of "Creepy Clown" sightings were ridiculous. Every time you turned around there was a new YouTube video of people seeing these scary characters.

There is one Illinois clown that I am NOT scared of. There is one Illinois clown that I spent every weekday with. Ladies and gentleman, Bozo!
