I'm like everyone else, I have a list of my favorite foods or meals. The order might switch up from now and then, but it's the same basic group of items that are put at the mountain peak. For example, you will always find tacos and burritos at the top five of my list. That won't ever change.

Across the country, the average breakdown is 56% tacos to 44% burritos, and in Illinois, it's 53% tacos to 47% burritos.

 

I've been asked many times in my life. What do I like better, tacos or burritos? That is such a difficult question to answer, because I really do enjoy them both. It all depends on that moment. When I was a young boy, it was definitely tacos. Then, as I got older, like in college and my 20s, back in the big partying days, my taste went to strictly burritos. Now, I bounce back and forth.

So, the big question is... What's more popular in Illinois, tacos or burritos? Well, of course, a mystery like this one needs some major research. Great news, I did discover the answer. The survey was very close, but tacos edged out burritos 53% to 47%. I think that's a good showing for burritos, considering tacos have their very own day, Taco Tuesday. Either way, we're all winners.
