When I was growing up, I dreamed of being the singer and guitarist of a Heavy Metal band. Of course, it's hard to fulfill a dream like that when you don't have any musical talent. So, I got a job in radio instead.

Not only am I playing my favorite bands on the radio, but I'm also just a big fan of music. I'm always listening to tunes. I still buy physical copies of albums. It's a great way to support talented musicians.

My hobby is going to concerts. I would go to shows every day if I could. Unfortunately, time and money prevent that from happening. I wish I could get paid to do it. There's nothing like seeing a band perform live.

I love the fact that each year, Summerfest gives local and regional bands the opportunity to open for national acts on big stages and in front of big crowds. I've always been a big supporter of these types of musicians.
