A very special fundraising event featuring music and food is returning to a popular zoo in Wisconsin.

Milwaukee Zoo To Host Festival Featuring Live Music, Delicious Food, & More

Ever since I was a young child, I've been a fan of going to the zoo. When I was growing up, every year my family would go to Milwaukee for a long weekend. My parents enjoyed taking the brewery tours. If I behaved myself throughout the trip, they would take me to the Milwaukee Zoo on Sunday before we headed back home. That was a great way to get me to be a good boy.

Celebrate 40 years of this Milwaukee tradition as the Zoo comes alive with music, food, and fun! This four-day summer staple features national headliners, local and regional entertainment across six stages, more than 30 popular Milwaukee restaurants, and of course — animals!

The Milwaukee Zoo is a fun place to visit for the whole family. We took our daughter there when she was little. The cool thing about zoos nowadays is that they host events during the summer. That zoo in Milwaukee is known for a special event every year. It's called A La Carte at the Zoo. The dates for this season are August 20th to 23rd.

Of course, you can enjoy all of the animals while you're there. The other entertainment features live music on six different stages throughout the zoo grounds. Make sure you come hungry, because there will be over 30 food vendors at the event too. This looks like an amazing festival.
