Someone is Vandalizing Rockford with Bill Nye Graffiti

Well this is random.

When you think of graffiti around Rockford, Aldeen Park probably comes to mind, maybe even that strip along the Rock River near the Jefferson Street Bridge; but have you ever seen Bill Nye on the Sinnissippi Bike Path?

I'm not sure who's responsible, but I have so many questions. How did you come up with this? Why? Are there more? Where can we find them?
