‘Skinny House’ in Illinois is Going Viral For Its Unusual Slimness

A house in Deerfield, IL has gone viral on TikTok after a video brought in 1.1M views.

The home, known as the Pie House, features a wedge layout on a 3,920-square-foot triangle shaped lot. The house is 3-feet wide on the small end, widening out gradually up to 20-feet.

"That's not a home, that's a hallway," said one comment on the video.

The house is just over 1,600 square feet, has 2 1/2 bathrooms, and has a finished basement.

According to a listing on Redfin, it sold for $260,000.
