Serial Toilet Clogger In Wisconsin Arrested

A Wisconsin man was busted for clogging a series of public toilets.

It happens sometimes. You're out and nowhere near home. Then you have a bathroom emergency. There's no choice but hitting the closest public restroom. You make it with seconds to spare but the previous user has clogged it. That's a total nightmare.

I would hope it wasn't left that way on purpose. Unfortunately, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, a man decided to play that dirty trick in several locations.

According to mystateline.com,

"A Wisconsin man has been sentenced to 150 days in jail for repeatedly clogging women’s toilets, including at places he worked. The suspect told police he gets urges to do odd things, like look for bottles in the garbage to clog toilets and cause them to overflow." 

I guess everybody has their "thing" but this is definitely really strange.
