Rockin’ Rollers Get the Derby Treatment [VIDEO]

Our friends Nitro Krycerin and Hurricane Andrew gave classic rockers their Roller Derby name.

The Rockford Rage have a huge bout coming up this Saturday, March 28 at the Indoor Sports Center.

They are bouting against the Quad City Rollers, Mississippi Massacre. This month the charity they are working with is Becca's Closet.  They provide girls with dresses to attend formal events like homecoming and prom, who would otherwise not be able to afford a dress.

Johnny Walker, Nitro Krycerin and Hurricane Andrew turned some of your favorite rockers names into derby names. It's no longer Led Zeppelin, it's Bled Zeppelin now.
