Rockford’s Worst Driver of 2017 Caught On Video

Over the weekend a driver in Rockford was caught on video driving erratically in and out of traffic. You would think that after he hit the first vehicle he would have stopped. Oh no, he did not, he kept going, and going, and going.

It was very scary scene on Friday at East State Street and Fairview as a citizen caught, what has got to be, Rockford's worst driver.

In the video, you can witness the driver swerving into oncoming traffic, traveling up and down curbs, and worst, hitting and severely damaging vehicles.

Rockford Police arrested Giacomino DiGiovanni, age 22, of Roscoe, in connection with the incident and charged him with hit and run along with other traffic offenses
