Before anyone goes for their cheesy snack today, make sure to check your cheese.

The Kraft Heinz Company, according to the FDA, are voluntarily recalling 36,000 cases of their Kraft Singles cheese slices.

The Kraft Singles American and White American pasteurized cheese in question has a best used by date of December 29, 2015 through January 4, 2016. The manufacturing codes are S54 or S55.

The cheese's plastic wrapping could get stuck on the cheese causing a choking hazard.

You can return the cheese to the store you purchased it at for an exchange or a full refund.
