What is it about some residents of Illinois who find it necessary to be nude, then angry and violent with the local police?

Some people in this world enjoy being nude, and some folks don't. I'm not a nude guy. I feel weird if I'm in my house by myself with nothing on, let alone in public. I feel like a pervert or something. Cheers to a person who can be in the buff in public.

I'll admit, sometimes I get angry, but for the most part, I'm a pretty calm guy. Being pissed off all the time is no way to go through life. I don't understand people who like to get into fights. I don't want to hit anyone, let alone get punched myself.
Now, let's put them all together. Angry, violent, and naked is no way to go through life. Just ask this guy in New Lenox. He was running around his neighborhood completely naked. He was also in a state of rage. When the cops showed up, he started punching the window of the squad car. It's no surprise he was on drugs. Of course, he was arrested.
A Joliet man was charged with public indecency and aggravated assault to a peace officer after a July 2 incident, according to police reports.
Police were called at 3:43 p.m. July 2 to Washington Street and Wintree Lane, for a complaint of a "nude, agitated male" causing both directions of travel to stop, according to reports.
Police said he admitted to using crystal methamphetamine.
