It will be partly sunny and 76 degrees at game time tonight, for the home opener for the Rockford Rivets...perfect! For the home opener, our Rockford Rivets will host the Kenosha Kingfish...gotta love minor league baseball team names.

You're promised a great seat, and a great time at Rivets Stadium, if you have never been there. The stadium itself is easy to navigate, you get a great look at the diamond no matter where you sit, and don't even get me started on the food! This isn't your typical hot dog and popcorn "stadium" food....Now, you can do that if you want of course. But the variety and quality of food for a ballpark is pretty incredible.

In yesterday's season opener, the Rockford Rivets took the first game over the Kenosha Kingfish (in Wisconsin). Three Rivets pitchers combined for a three-hit game, defeating the Kingfish 6-1.
