You shouldn't be tired Wisconsin. Illinois ranked much further down on the list than you did.

I can barely keep my eyes open while I type this. Why? I slept terribly last night. I was extremely uncomfortable and my husband snores like it's his full time job.

I'm not the only one having a hard time sleeping each night in Illinois, but surprisingly... Wisconsin is better at sleeping than Illinois.

A new list from HealthGrove ranks which states get the most sleep. According to WGN, HealthGrove used data about diabetes and obesity from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to determine the rankings.

Here are the Top 29 States that get the most sleep per night and the percentage of adults getting enough sleep:
