Packers Donate $1.5 Million to COVID-19 Relief Fund
The green and gold north of the border doing some good during this crazy time.
The Green Bay Packers announced on Monday that they will be setting up a relief fund to help those affected by COVID-19. The fund will total $1.5 million dollars.
Through Packers Gives Back, a team organization, the funds will go to help those in the Brown County and Milwaukee area.
In addition to this support, last week a donation of $30,000 from Packers Give Back was made to the Brown County United Way's Emergency Response Fund. This will also go to assist those impacted by COVID-19.
Nice to see the team I root for stepping up and helping out! Here's hoping this a trend among other teams.
